Glossybox November 2015

by - Wednesday, November 11, 2015

I know, I know. I did cancel Glossybox like I had said and didn't get a box for September but then I loved the October box so I got myself a subscription again. Unfortunately you won't get to see last month's box but don't fret, November box is here and it ROCKS! From lipstick to lashes, you get everything you need for an impressive look full of drama!

I have to admit I'm impressed, the products in my Glossybox usually are kind of hit and miss but this month I'm loving every single one of them! Primer, body lotion, eyeshadow palette, lipstick and eyelashes, all you need is your favourite foundation and you're good to go!

  • Royal Apothic Moisturizing Body Créme: Out of the shower, squeaky clean and I need to seal in the moisture. There are many body lotion I can reach for, but I'm looking for that oomph! factor, so Royal Apothic is the obvious choice. With its delicate scent and lactic acid which smooths the skin gently, it's all you could dream and more. 35gr are also perfect if you're going travelling, better keep the 240gr bottle at home, right? Full size retails for £14.50.

  • Emite Diamond Heart Primer: I've already finished with my hair and picked the clothes to wear, makeup time now. I'll be out all day and want my face to last long. Primer, primer, primer! This little peachy tinted guy from Emite comes to the rescue, adding radiance to the face and balancing my skin tone. Ready to put some foundation on, no need to wait, it already sunk in, it's that lightweight! 15ml is the travel size I received, full size retails for £25.90.

  • MUA Eyeshadow Palette in "Undressed": Getting ready for an afternoon in the city with the girls? I go for neutral tones. Is it a cinema date followed by drinks with someone special? Smokey eye it is. No matter what the occasion, this palette from MUA has got it covered. Unfortunately only two mattes from the twelve, but you get many lovely satin ones to choose. And check out that price, only £4!

  • Eylure Lashes in "Naturalites o31": Eyeshadow done, now for some volume in those lashes. I don't know about you, but I prefer mine looking feathery and natural rather than bold, plus I tend to glue my eye shut rather than putting them right! Good thing Eylure has a video uploaded with instructions on how to put them on without harming myself. Hurrah for that, I can't wait! Retail price is £5.

  • Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in "001 Nude Attitude": It's matte and it's nude. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Alright, you got me, I could have asked for the burgundy red but I'm happy nonetheless. A good nude is always welcome, especially when it's matte and creamy at the same time - good job Revlon! Slightly too light for my lip tone but I'm pretty sure I'll make it work with the right lip liner underneath. Full size of course, retails for £7.99.

Tell me you weren't impressed with November's Glossybox and I'll be giving you that derision look Sheldon gave Howard and Raj. I mean, seriously? In my eyes it must have been one of their best boxes to date and I'm definitely hoping they'll keep it up like this. December comes next and they better have a killer Christmas box, or should I say a killer Rose Gold box?

Until next time,
